We ship all over the world from our Vancouver, Canada warehouse. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days; however, during sale seasons orders may suffer a delay due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and the order number.
